What we keep
Your email address and how you sign in, and the plan you enter: ages, pay, savings, pensions, spending, property and events.
If you pay for Plus or Pro, Stripe handles the payment. We keep your subscription's tier and renewal date; your card details stay with Stripe.
If you use the assistant, we count your questions and their cost. We don't keep the conversation once you leave the page.
Where it's kept
Your plan and account are stored with Google Cloud in Montréal, and the servers that handle them run there too.
The assistant is the one exception. When you ask a question, your plan's details and your question go to an AI model through OpenRouter, outside Canada. We use only providers that keep nothing after answering.
Who sees it
You, and the partner you invite to your plan. No one else, unless you turn on support access from Plan and billing: then 65ish support can read your plans for 7 days, and each look is recorded.
We don't sell your information, show you ads, or share it except with the services named here, which need it to do their part.
Your choices
You can change or delete anything in your plan at any time. To close your account and delete everything, write to privacy@65ish.com and we'll do it within 30 days.
We use only the storage sign-in needs in your browser; there's no tracking.
