65ish

Terms

Updated October 2026.

What 65ish is

A planning tool that projects your household's money from the information you give it, using Canada's tax and benefit rules as published. Its results are estimates, and they're only as good as what you enter.

It isn't financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it doesn't recommend investments or products. For those, a fee-only planner or an accountant can help.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what's done with your account, and for having your partner's agreement before you enter their details.

Use 65ish for your own household's planning. Don't try to reach other people's plans, overload the service, or use the assistant for anything but your plan.

Plus and Pro

Paid tiers are billed once a year for the household, in Canadian dollars, and renew each year until you cancel. Cancel any time from Plan and billing; you keep the tier until the end of the year paid for.

If something isn't right, write to us within 30 days of a payment and we'll look at a refund.

The assistant's questions come with the tier: 25 to try it on Plus, and a monthly allowance on Pro.

Changes and responsibility

We'll improve 65ish and may change these terms; when the change matters, we'll say so in the app first.

We work to keep the numbers right, but we can't promise the service is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
